I was planning a podcast for Marketpath and had always wanted to do a pallet wood sign like this. This was a quick and fun one-day project and used as a backdrop during web calls. While the podcast has yet to come to fruition, the sign is still a nice aesthetic addition.
I've had this pallet wood laying around for a while. Simple 1/4" MDF backing with short brad nails and glue.
I projected the Marketpath logo on a wall, traced the shapes and letters onto brown paper and cut them out using a utility knife.
I used the stencils to outline on pallet wood and cut out using a jig saw and a scroll saw.
These are not proper Marketpath colors but I had an orange I used to paint my basketball rim and a blue one of the kids used for another project. Close enough.
