My Review

I've been listening to Stephen King's On Writing memoir and decided I should follow it up with another one of his books. I'll admit, I haven't read a ton of Stephen King's books. In high school, I read The Stand and loved the post-apocalyptic story. Later, I read The Tommyknockers and Hearts in Atlantis. Both were long, drawn-out, and tedious reads. Don't get me wrong. I enjoyed them on certain levels, but some parts just dragged on and on.

Carrie was great, though. I enjoyed the emotional rawness of it and how Carrie tried to fit in when the opportunity arose.
