Red Rising - Book 1

My Review

I really loved this book. Big world, lots of characters, but not difficult to follow. The Wheel of Time became challenging to follow, but this was just enough.

Darrow, a red and the lowest of colors, loses much and becomes the face of the resistance against the high colors, the Golds. Pierce tells an entertaining story and weaves the emotions of someone who was taught to hate the high colors, but then learns to love them as friends.
