My Review

Wool presents a challenging distopian future where mankind lives in airtight bunkers underground that span over 140 levels. Those who dream of a better future outside are sent to die. Those who follow directions get to live, usually. 

The madness of this story isn't really that it's about a horrifying future - it's a story about the worst and best of human nature and the cataclysmic clashes between the two. 

The omnibus version of Wool contains all 5 mini-books published by Howey in 2011.
